Exercise Log

As I have said I am taking baby steps into this.
I can feel the work I did the other day, my chest and arms are sore, so it's working. The idea is to keep doing it consistently. So just now, I did another three sets of pushups and I varied the width of where my hands were placed on the floor. One time I did it with a wide stance, then closer and then hands touching side to side. The closer your hands are, the more it works your chest. This is the area that needs work. I will admit it here, the dreaded “bitch tits” are developing. And we are just NOT going to have those... yet.
I am also going to do squats or deep knee bends, whatever you want to call them. Well, I guess It's whatever I want to call them. I am going to call them downsie upsies.
I've read that exercise affects your brain.
I have noticed (and so has Jason) that my mood swings are entirely food related, blood sugar related. Diabetes runs in my family so It doesn't surprise me that I have such mood swings. I seriously crash into a puddle of grumpiness that is just as obnoxious to me as it is (I am sure and actually KNOW for sure) for Jason. So I have to keep the food humming all day... mini meal snacks throughout the day to keep my blood sugar consistent. So always have a supply of healthy snacks available.
