First sign of what I am doing is possibly working.
Usually hauling up stuff from grocery shopping... up three flights of stairs made me winded. Yesterday... I wasn't winded!!!!
This morning, I did three sets of pushups (until fatigued)
Three sets of deep knee bends
Crunches on the blue ball.
Slowly over time... I feel like I am carefully approaching a bunny so as not to scare it away...
