To Do Two

So the site I linked my blog to yesterday is all about peoples handwritten To Do lists. Interesting and funny. Definitely worth a look. The author of the blog is publishing a book of these actual handwritten and submitted lists.
As for me, what is MY list? On a perfect day, this is what I would do:
  • 5:30 wake up... coffee, feed the kitties, morning stretching
  • 6:00 breakfast
  • 6:15 shower, etc.
  • 6:45 leave for work, take “L“ train downtown
  • 7:30 arrive at work, prepare for the day
  • 8:00 start work
  • 12:00 lunchtime, take yoga class
  • 5:00 work is through, time to go home
  • 6:15 arrive at home, straighten up, go through mail
  • 6:45 make dinner
  • 7:30 relax, watch tv or do a home project, clean... whatever needs to be done.
  • 10:30 go to bed
Ofcourse, it changes depending on the day of the week with re-occuring appointments and specific things that need to be done like grocery shopping, entertainment, etc.

It seems boring. Is it? It makes me want to spice up my day. How about this then...
  • 5:30 wake up to morning foot massage
  • 6:00 breakfast served in the atrium with live string quartet playing Mozart
  • 6:15 shower, etc.
  • 6:45 helicopter or towncar waiting to pick me up
  • 7:30 arrive at work, executive assistant is on hand with coffee and my schedule for the day.
  • 8:00 start work... morning filled with exciting meetings as I oversee all manner of amazing projects being done.
  • 12:00 lunch date with Martha, take yoga class and have massage
  • 2:00 return to office, continue to work on and oversee several designers, artists, composers, writers, etc. as they work on various projects.
  • 5:00 work is through
  • 6:15 cocktails and dinner with my dear friend Barbra. We are going to talk about our upcoming duet album, “Not Guilty in the Least”
  • 9:45 return home
  • 10:30 go to bed
