Went out to Davenports with my friend Laura and had a fun time. The most interesting girl got up to sing. Her stage name is “Sweet Baby Brie” and she performs as a sort of street urchin dressed in rags singing old music hall songs. Her voice was totally from another era down to the finest detail. I thought she was sensational. All that was missing was the scratch of the old record. I loved it. I love interesting acts like this that show up out of the blue and are completely different than anything else.
